I rent a decent size unit. work on 2 cars comfortably with electric and water and toilets on site. roller shutter + a further 2 locked gates.

 

the guy I share with is looking to buy a house and leaves athe end of the month

 

so looking for someone to share with

 

rent is £240 pcm (£120 each)
