Mk2 Escort shell & LHD Mk1 Escort, East Kilbride, c14/02/15

 

 

 

Rally driver Jim Carty had him premises in East Kilbride, Scotland broken into around 14th February 2015 & a new Mk2 Escort Gartrac shell in sand coloured primer & an orange LHD mk1 Escort along with other none Ford related items were stolen from a premises in East Kilbride. Trying to get pictures of the Mk1.

 

Also stolen were:

Brian James Trailer - A-series

White Brian James Race Shuttle RS3

Subaru WRC rims & tyres (gold)

Metro 6r4 8x17" Compomotives

Several parts for Subaru & Metro 6r4

Commercial nifty lift 120 (yellow)

Finally got a picture of the mk1 Escort. Standard LHD mk1 which wasn't registered for the road.

Found out yesterday that the mk2 stolen in East Kilbride in February of last year was recovered a few months after it was stolen.
It was discovered purely by chance by the police who were attending another call! The shell was recovered in one piece however the LHD mk1 Escort & race shuttle that were stolen at the same time are both still outstanding.
