RS2000 loom wanted

Hello good people, does anyone have a front loom for a mk2 escort RS2000 they want rid of?  Looking to drop a pinto into mine and I have most parts (I hope) except wiring. Not bothered if the loom is original or aftermarket so long as it works.

Any idea what rate springs I'll need for the front with the pinto in ? (I appreciate there's a degree of personal preference there...)
