Yellow mk3 Cortina UUP379K was stolen from a council garage in Blyth, Northumberland at some point between May & 2nd August when the car was discovered missing.

The car is yellow with a black roof & has 7" round headlights on the front & silver trim between the bootlid & rear bumper.

The car has been off the road since 1990 but the owner has cleaned & kept it running since then, visiting the car regularly however he has not been able to since May due to ill health. when the garage was visited on the 2nd August it was discovered that the car was gone.

The car has been in the family since 1979 so holds tremendous sentimental value to the family.
