Converting a Zatec engine to rear-wheel drive, exhaust manifold to LHD

Hello friends.
After about 20 years since the last upgrade, I decided to leave the next generation a more reliable and easy-to-maintain vehicle. I am converting my Escort MK1  1.7 to a 2. Zatec engine. The vehicle is LHD including the original brake booster . I would like to look into purchasing an exhaust manifold for this vehicle that fits the current setup and does not interfere with the steering column or booster tower. I would appreciate recommendations.
The vehicle stops excellently. It is equipped with 4 Peugeot 406 disc brakes, so I would not like to change the current situation. Thank you in advance for your response.
