mk2mania Posted June 12, 2011 Report Posted June 12, 2011 ive been asked a few times if iam booking track time for silverstone ( ford fair ) , this year i have only booked one dedicated session, the reason for this is the company who take all the bookings cant give me guaranteed time slots and they have put there prices up !!!! , so ive only booked 1 session, it will be at either 9.40 or 10.20 , i wont know 100% till the end of june,, if any one would like to jump on it your all welcome, it will be mainly old skool cars but any car can come on (ford fair rules apply ) tickets for the track session which include a pit pass ( so you can get your car into the circuit ) are £20 , all tickets booked will be posted out 1st class recorded mail , and we will have spares tickets judt in case the good old royal mail cock up ,, cheers rick 07970 457458 or mk2mania@yahoo.com

mk2mania Posted June 17, 2011 Author Report Posted June 17, 2011 a big sorry to all those who have or wanted to book the sessions, but ive cancelled the sessions with the organisers of ford fair, they were unable to confirm the times with us, the way they now alocate the times there dedicated sessions is a bit random. they can now only confirm track times 2 weeks before the event so i could be 8.30 in the morning or 4.30 in the evening, so rather than being stitched up 2 weeks before silverstone and ahving a load of agro , weve thrown a bag over it and cancelled,, cheers rick @ mk2mania, TO BE ON THE SAFE SIDE AND GET THE TIMES YOU WANT GO TO http://www.fordfair.co.uk/2011/02/14/track-action/
