    its a mk1 RS2000 1974 on all genuine wiring,with a plug on back of washer pump and i believe wiper is 2 speed. Its just it will be a right pain if wipers dont stop in right place and i hoping to get it in for test on friday

    You did well it taken me 18 month to get all my stuff and full set cost me £2500. He used same excuse that stuff got lost but traced tracking number did not exist,just a con man

    I have tested my wipers as the car in not on the road yet,but they do not go back to position. I think it could be the washer pump unit. Has anyone got an idea of what causes this problem

    I do understand what people are saying but then we would need loads more old fords to turn up,im not keen on modern cars but sometimes you have to appreciate the effort that people put in john123 where is this other meet and when ????????

    Aldridge will trim them for you,i spoke to them and they said they would do it. I chose classic trim because he did a full service and he was at classic ford that year and looked proper professional

    DONT USE CLASSIC TRIM got my MK1 RS2000 full trim from them and its taken me 15 months to get it all and seats were to blue and dont know how rest of it fits as not put it in yet. You can never trust him,just a con man. Never answers phone and i used to ring him 2-3 times a week,after i spent £2600 with him

    I had same trouble with my RS and had to trim the outer with die grinder to make it right
