Hi all, I've been a member on here for a little over a year now, mainly lurking from the shadows and reading up on some truly amazing projects from you guys, but have yet to post anything myself. However the time has finally come! My name is Gav and my car in a 1986 Ford Capri 2.0 Laser. I've owned her for almost 3 years, and has been my faithful daily driver until a couple of weeks ago, where she has been replaced by another car and is waiting to be put into the garage. When I first bought her, she was in the best condition I could hope for and only a couple of rough edges........ Sadly after a couple of winters and general wear and tear, parts have been replaced and panels have gone rusty........ (pictures of this to come) So over the coming weeks/months/years my plan is a complete strip down and rebuild into a true monster, and as this is my first project of this magnitude, I hope I'll be able to find help and advice from the guys here.
