Just spoke to my buddy who went with a group last year, they got ferry late afternoon, hotel in Belgium for the night, then on to Germany with 2 nights in a 4* hotel about 15 mins from the ring Organiser emailed various hotels and haggled for best deal on a block booking cost for ferry an hotels £375.00. Obviously fuel, drinks and entrance to the ring was extra. Best bit of advice, Get the cash up front before making any bookings
