Anyone know if Mk1 Pre facelift Capri struts are used on any other fords....Mk1 escorts for example? I am after some decent inserts but nothing is listed for Mk1 struts. Cheers

Thinking of uprating my twin choke weber to some twin 40's, but really fancy the IDF 44 carbs, just to be different. They are much the same price and look the dogs nuts. Does anyone know what the main performance difference is between these and why everyone goes for the 40's nearly everytime?

I need to make up a new exhaust for my Capri, which is currently running some bent up old scaffold pipes. In these times of poverty I was hoping to make up a system from component parts from the Burtons catalogue. Has anyone got any pointers I was hoping to run the one silencer at the back of the system, which will be for road use, will this be too loud ???? Cheers

Not 100% but I know 105 speed are doing the PINTO manifold, is it worth giving Neil a call to see if he doing rest of it....just a thought
