Which manifold do I need? A twin choke one? Because I've seen a twin choke one with two holes? Or there is one that looks like it has a large oval hole, Thanks for your help so far

Okay, I'll try that then. So do I put a mark on the input shaft (which is where the prop goes in?) and turn the shaft on the clutch end one full time?

It doesn't have a gear stick!! :L haha well it came from a 1600 cortina, that's all I can do. Unless there is another way? A stamp on the gear maybe?

You're right, It looks similar, but it's not huge like a type 5 and also it came with the crossflow from a mk2 cortina 1600.

Can't be type 5 as it some with the crossflow in the cortina, not a V6... I think it be a 2000e

Here you are.... I got this all (1600 Xflow, gearbox and exhaust manifold) from a guy who said it was from a cortina, and what I really want to know is will it all go in my mk1 escort...
