  3. Take a year out and travel around the world, soak up new things!! Im 34, with a missus and 2 kids, I will never get that chance now, so don't get to a point in your life when you wish you could see the world.
  4. Its ok till you get stopped by the Police or even worse VOSA, prohibited from moving and normally fined £1 per a kg overweight. So if it was 700kg over then you could be looking at a £700 fine. Be even worse if you were involved in an accident and killed someone whilst overweight, using a vehicle in a dangerous condition could result in a charge of causing death by dangerous driving. Maximum Sentence 14yrs Oh and legally it would be dangerous as you are exceeding the manufactures plated weight, therefore putting a strain on the brakes, steering and tyres....
  5. Cheers Dazza, might have a pop at using aerosols, I see that Humbrol do some, Im not sure if I can get the right shade in Halfords colours

  14. Ok, can you use normal model paints in those airbrush kits? I have read that some of them need to be thinned down? What sort of thinners do you use? I have got a job lot of Humbrol Enamel paints in the colours that I need, oh its not a OSF that I am doing first, gone back to my childhood and am doing a Spitfire first, then get good and then I will move onto cars, then I can post them up here, once I get a bit better. The first Spit that I did is a bit patchy on the paint front
  15. Ok, so I have just got back into modelling and need some advice. Has anyone got tips on Airbrushing, what to buy, how to use it? I have just completed my first model, but realise that the overall model would look a lot better if I could airbrush the body of the model rather then hand paint it with a brush, it would get rid of the brush marks. What do you guys that build these models use? How much does it cost to get a basic Airbrush set up? Hope you guys can help me out, cheers
  16. Nice to see the tina back, my favourite car from RF!!
  17. That is lovely, you must be well chuffed
  18. About time too, there are unfortunately some motorcyclists out there that think that some sections of road are there own personal race track and a normal speed camera cannot read a number plate which isn't there. If there wasn't a problem in the first place then those actions wouldn't need to have been taken as for Shakey's comments, pride comes before a fall mate, just hope you don't take anyone with you....
