Hi thinking of selling my mk1 project. Its a very solid shell and ive done some work on it. Ive stripped it down to freshen up and sort any issues. The following is a list of parts. Brand new mex wings New front panel New slam panel New strut tops New inner strut cups Top strengtheners New wing rails New flitches Wing rail strengtheners New inner rear arches Ive fitted the strut tops wing rails top strengtheners etc lines up all panels and trial fitted them. It has a big tunnel Original sills floors panels etc. Superlite 7x13 Nice seats No carpet or headlining Koni adjustable inserts Gaz adjustable rear shocks Panhard rod Tramp kit Olympic blue I have a 1600 which needs new shells to go and a 5 speed box etc Really good shell with not a lot of work needed. £3500 or will p/x a good 100e

Hmm yeah its a tough one the bit with the black knob on top slides up and town and the alloy bit goes up and down but is spring loaded.

I have not got a clue what its for although i would suggest engine of some sorts. Thanks oliver

I was driving to cardiff once and all of a sudden the mk1 stopped quick check over and found a snapped set of points. Quick rummage through my ash tray and 1 paper clip later clipped it to the point arm. Drove 20 miles on that lol.

I dont think you would have to spend much on that to get it the way you want it. Depending on purchase price obviously. But it looks very straight and clean so no real resto work needed. As said get it motd and do it as you go.
