Well last night was interesting... ...I came out the pub and walked around the corner to discover my mates Volvo and my other friends 206 had had there rear screens and drivers door glass smashed, they hadn't taken anything just smashed them. My hearse was next to these cars but they didn't touch it thank god, if they'd done the side glass that wouldve been the end of it! Why are people such twats???

This is a week after I got it sat on my parents drive....after I did the cobweb pinstripes on the rear glass and hung the shrunken head off the mirror. I'll get some more over the weekend. I want to make a cobweb grill for it soon.

Thankyou! I'm going to talk to UK kustoms i think and see what they say. You can't buy lowering springs for PA Crestas and Austin Cambridges and all their cars are in the weeds! Surely if I only lower the front its going to handle like crap any way??? Next step flame throwers.....

Do they do Granada then? They list everything but on the website.

The other options heat the coils but I can't see that being easy to get both sides even.

All the 1950's cars done as Kustoms have cut coils as there is no other option....hmmm i may get a spare set of springs and try it.

I want to lower the front of my Granada and the only springs you can but are a set of 4 for £120 which is £100 to expensive. Some people are telling me cutting coils is fine others are telling me not to do it. Its a 2ltr hearse so i'm hardly going to be throwing it into corners!

I only want the cap though.

Standard they arn't worth very much. They turn up MOT'd at rod events all the time for under a grand.

Yeah thats a big hydrolic thing....i'm a bit far away to bend it for you. Erm do machine mart do them? May be try Frosts http://www.frost.co.uk/ they do things for forming metal and are very helpful.
