Want it for my garage, but same problems with lack of cash...

Local to me (3 miles) D.T Mathewson, Thornton Le Dale, North Yorkshire. I've had a good look round it and it has been painted at some point. I think they're looking around £7 to £8K.

definately type 9 5 spd, but I'd say it's a Sierra one as they are angled back further than the Capri ones.

Been there done that... did the whole lot on my Pinto for £93. best thing I've ever done to it. I took alot of convincing at first, but once I got on with it and actually did it, I wondered why I was so sceptical... absolutely fantastic piece of kit, and so easy to do too.

cam belt is fine mate. You been talking to Pete since Scotch Corner? lol... It was a tad "slack", I mean, I've seen alot worse, but it was sorted within 10mins of getting home and checked a week later. Strangely enough, it had only done about 1000 miles since new by scotch corner time... sadly, when the engine was rebuilt, they put on a cheaper belt than I had put on originally. It does get checked every 1000 miles or so, but I think I'm going to replace it soon with a higher performance one as this one seems to be stretching too much for my liking. I have got my eye on it for now though...

Will do mate... got them fitted yesterday... slightly disappointing reults though... I mean they are better, but I was expecting more... time will tell... only done 12 miles with them, but at least it now brakes in a staright line and the 16mm extra track is nice.

very nice Andy I'm doing the exact same thing with the brakes on my 2.1 tomorrow (easter monday). I'm going to be using the 23.8mm Granny MK2 master cyl.

looks like it's a popular thing then... I must say that the Megajolt and EDIS4 system on mine has been absolutely fantastic as I'm still running a 38DGAS, and at just less than £100 to do the whole lot, it has been excellent value for money... saved that in fuel in under a year.
