yes and it just pipped the f40 that was there with it regards mark i believe the story of the F50 was that before enzo ferarri died, he said he always wanted to produce a car that someone would want but could not have, so after long and detailed market research he concluded that there would be 50 people in the world that could seriously afford and would buy an F50, so he only built 49 of them! that woud make that car VERY rare indeed! Close but no cigar, it's in the words of Ferrari spokesman Antonio Ghini, because "Ferraris are something cultural, a monument. They must be hard to find, so we will produce one less car than the market." Hence why they only made 349 F50's. Similarily they only made 349 Enzo's. The F40 was a little different as it was made in the 80's boom when far more people could afford them. Apparantly 1,315 F40's were made.
