check all the capacitors on the motherboard / graphics card for any sign of the tops bulging up, if any of them are you know youve got a problem at a hardware level. if not boot up off an XP cd, hit "r" to enter the recovery console, then type fixboot fixmbr and finally chkdsk /r should solve any bootup issues you have, see this kinda things on a daily basis!

spotify is rubbish, to start with its rammed full of annoying audio adverts, and theres hardly any music on it! better off trying out http://www.grooveshark.com its got about 10 times more music than spotify AND yes it does have adverts but theyre all picture based and off to the side and dont really get in the way at all, better than having some annoying advert interrupt your music every 3 songs or so!

you have a pretty low ping which would lead me to the conclusion that the ISP is capping your bandwidth down for some reason or another, do / have you downloaded alot this month? deal with problems like this on a daily basis and its usually where someones gone over their data limit and the ISP just clamps the speed down to next to nothing! on the other hand it could be a line fault of some description! does it come through the phone line or off the cable connection??

theres been loads of beer and skateboarding all week, mostly when the car wasnt around, rocked out some 5-0 stalls to rockfakie on my longboard and the 4 and 6ft 1/4 pipes, also threw down a smith to fakie on the 3ft 1/4, it was a good day! altho ive got way too many bruises. i swear i used 2 be tougher than this!

so firstly i got a job! secondly the clio is all repaired up, courtesy of a mate of mine sneaking round to get it done when my old man was out, good times, good to have wheels again =D so i think beers and skateboarding for the afternoon!!
