Why would you take a 60's thunderbird and totally restyle the back and sides just so it looked like a mk1 cortina. wouldnt it be easier to buy a cortina???? Its gotta be a cortina special. Thanx for all the comments Don't know if I can make the Exeter meet 'cause of work and the car is currently off road anyway with a planned GTR260 brake upgrade due to be fitted. The Capri's standard brakes aint brilliant even with greenstuff pads and braided hoses fitted so I decided to sort 'em out while the weathers so shit... Never know though if it's done in time I may be there but if not will try to make something else...

Yeah it's a prototype that was never built by Ford, based on the 60's yank T-Bird. Shame it was never made it's a nice looking motor...
