Hi all , Hope everyone well . The West Sussex rs group hold there monthly meet every 2nd Monday of the month in ashurst near steyning . The fountain inn , Ashurst , West Sussex . Bn44 3ap www.westsussexrsoc.co.uk The meet is open to all fords and not just rs cars , we have a lot of old skool fords come along to the meets and hoping that more will come and enjoy the meet .

I'm thinking more a 6 point instead of weld in multi point . Anyone got either fitted ?

Hi all , I'm fitting a cosworth engine in my mk2 escort . I rebuilding the car at moment with new panels and wondering if bolt in cage or weld in . Is a 6 point better or just a rear cage . Going to do the odd track day and santa pod Motorsport tools do cages of both sorts ranging from £600-£900 . Want the car to be strong but not making to heavy . Is a multi point weld in cage overkill ??

Hi all , West Sussex ford meet . Open to all fords old and new , we have a great turnout of cars from anglias , capris and escorts . Would be great to see a few more cars along from here . The fountain inn , Ashurst , West Sussex . Bn44 3ap The meet takes place in rear car park. Food is great there to and as the weather becomes better sometimes have a BBQ out the back . So please do feel welcome to pop along and say hi .

I go to pod quite a few times a year for shows and events, classic ford is always a huge show and we queued for around hour and half to get out from show area last year which I thought was bad as they let all the public parking go first but this year we were in public parking and sat in field for ages and marshals let everyone else out until a few people went and complained and we we're let out about 5 cars at a time but still a complete joke . Getting in was same as huge queues with no movements This will put people off for sure !!

We also meet at pease pottage services just of a23/m23 junction from 6:45pm and leave at 7pm to convoy down . This is for new members if unsure of the meet location . A fair few cars meet up and drive down . If you free and want to come along please do it a friendly meet with some great cars .
