Hi mate you can get away with just draining the boiler not the whole system turn all the valves off under the boiler and locate the pressure relief valve should have a red nob that is spring loaded or a little black lever mounted on a red cap turn the nob or pull the lever to release the pressure and yes a jubilee clip will work hope this helps chris from radgas
Before i had my mk 2 i had a westfield se with a 20l zetec on 45s running a standard rs2000 axle and my god the thing went from 0-60 in under 4 secs which is down to weight but the point im trying to make is i rung its neck every time i got in it and it never broke just begged for more !!
No engine at all in at the moment, tho i have a mildly hot pinto engine bolted to a 5 speed box either engine will be on 45s and i want what everyone wants reliable fun mabye a few track days gonna get the chassis ,suspension and brakes bob on so cash is gonna be tied up there my plan is to have 300 bhp either from a yb or duratec eventually so the decision now will have effect on what engine i get in the end
