  1. Went down and had a look at the cars at the ceremonial start on friday night, didn't see any rallying though!
  2. Module is in the footwell on the right, behind the kick panel. There are switches in the lock catches on the doors, little black plastic bit you can poke down, so try joining/breaking the wires to them to see if the switches are knackered. My two front doors were like it but didn't run the battery flat. Goes off with ignition though doesn't it?
  3. My lovely sierra heap...
  4. I'm with virgin, if you can get past the connection problems they seem ok. We had them come out to wire up and the bloke found the cables cut off on the inside of the house and plastered over, I told them there was nothing in here but they obv had it on computer and thought it would be a 10 min install, so he drilled holes and fitted the boxes, connectered it outside and then it was cut off at the bottom of the garden ( by them). They then misses two appointments to rewire it but eventually came back out and got it sorted (its a long run from the box). Then about two weeks ago someone up the road got it installed, and i lost all signal. The prick had taken out my cable and moved it down to a lower signal socket and put the new person in my socket, so another 3 days later they came and moved it back! I also had one of the new samsung boxes to start with, was really fast and looked nice but it died within a few weeks, so ive got an old shitty box now as they recalled all the nice ones, still yet to get a replacement! Broadbands good and i like all the iplayer stuff on the tellybox.
  5. One of the auctions in southampton is on the same road as that bongo garage, seen a few ford ones about. Bongo friendeee all the way!
  6. Theres a bongo dealer near me in southampton.... http://www.budgetbongos.com/ I think they come straight across on the boat from japan and end up in this place, prices seemed ok when I drove past the other day!
  7. Looks good, bit a trek for me. Ever been to sammy millers museum? That's a bit nearer me, has loads of random racing stuff, trials and some mad old bikes.
  8. Looks minty fresh now, nice one!
  9. If you are still doing more work we have a side panel for the RD250 needs spraying blue.
  10. We have a driveway the same at our house. The fence in between is our responsibility, it fell down 10yrs ago and hasnt gone back. The old guy next door doesnt drive and has never had a lisence, he's really nice and lets me sit on his drive when i have something on both sides of the car to do, but as soon as he's gone or theres a sign outside his house the fence will go back up. Dont want our car's getting scratched!
  11. Looks nice, wired up ok in the end?
  12. I don't give a monkeys why it was listed I just don't want to have to look at it as it's pig ugly. Here's English Heritages answer as to why it was listed, it's such a BS statement that I reckon E.H. must be staffed by politicians. What's innovative about an oblong concrete block with windows? And here's the voice of plymouth that was completely ignored by E.H. TBH, its probably full of asbestos and would cost a fortune to demolish! Its taken them almost a year to get rid of the meridien studio's (old bit of ITV) in southampton, and that was a tiny building!
  13. That's got to be a setup!
  14. We went a couple of weeks ago, was sunny as you like!
  15. Doesnt look that bad in the piccies! Look at the cars in the background on this item of his! http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/SPEED-RAMP-or-SLE ... 911.c0.m14
