Do you want to buy Michelles? Someone has to buy it...i hate it Although Micra's have a reputation of being driven by elderly men and women i cant really complain about my wee micra. Its my first car (not through choice) and has done me well. I've had it just under 2 years and its done almost 30,000 miles, never broken down, cost me £20 for a tyre, ran for god knows how long without oil in the engine, costs about £30 to fill the tank up and I get tons of miles out a tank of petrol. I really hope my next everyday car lives up to all this

One of my friends got a phonecall one Saturday from a saleperson who asked to speak to her Dad. She said that her Dad was dead so the salesperson asked to speak to her Mum to which my friend replied "she's in jail for killing my Dad"

Just come back from a graduate fair and there are millions of companies looking for engineers. The prospects are excellent and a few of them give you a lovely £10k for joining them I found out today that my degree can get me into an intelligence job with a company who works with MI5 I'm well excited about the possible prospect of becoming a spy

Yep i agree with mk1-xflow. Follow your heart and everything will work out. I was working in a bank as a recruitment manager and was earning big bucks but i haed going to work every day. I decided one day to pack it all in and go back to college. 4 years down the line i've got my degree, im in my honours year and i'm the happiest i've ever been. I'm going to get my degree and move to Devon when my opportunities are endless. I know everyone says you have to think about the money and yeah you wont be earning as much as you do now if you go to uni but think of the future benefits. I'd recommend uni or further education to anyone. Good luck with whatever you do and keep us posted

No it was on after the Keith Chegwin thingy. That was so stupid though I agree, a wee bit of music now and then wouldn't go wrong considering it is a radio station

Yeah its a welcomed distraction on a packed one hour bus trip into uni in the morning - certainly cheered me up

Did anyone listen to radio 1 this morning when Chris Moyles was using that website that sings back to you what you type? If anyone didn't hear it then here's the basics - you type in sentences or words into this website and it takes the words from well known songs and sings it back to you. I was really sad and decided to search for the site and try it out......i found it http://www.sr.se/p1/src/sing/index.htm Sorry if this is old and everyone already knows about it but OMG its hilarious

Oh yes, Um Bongo was amazing. My Asda sold it until not long ago, i'm sure i saw it on the shelves a few months back. I'll see if i can find any in the warehouse one day i'm working early

OMG what a day i've had.....sorry to lump it all on you guys but i need a good moan. Got on the 8.10am bus to uni for my 10am class, found out that a lorry had jack knifed on the motorway at 4am and shed its load causing the road which my bus goes on to be closed. The load in question was 1000 live chickens which were running around the bloody motorway!!!!! Decided i'd be as well doing some uni work whilst on the bus only to find out i'd left my pencil case lying on my bed Got to uni 3 and a half hours later but didn't have a class for 3 hours!!!!!!!!!!! Caught the bus home which was late and packed. Had a rather smelly girl sitting next to me with hair so thick with grease that you could fry chips in it. Had my whole body glued to the window so i didn't have to touch her!!! Finally on the motorway only to be stuck in the traffic caused by another accident!!!! Got home 3 hours later!!!!! I hope all you lovely people had a better day than me Rant over.

When I was down seeing Neil a lady told us about the ghost of a biker that she'd met one night in her pub. The landlady said that the biker was like a normal human being and not ghostly at all. So maybe we've all actually seen ghosts but we've not known it. Just how many ghosts do appear as normal looking people and not all freaky and white like we all believe them to look like. Something to think about i guess
