Mk1 Escort being built but from a rather nasty shell onto a scimitar chassis. Pics to follow......

Only engines allowed are Ford 2.8,2.9 and 3ltr and must run carbs. No piston mods,so limited on cam and carb used that way.A holley may be too much if you can't get the fuel by the valves. We are running a 2.8V6 with 4 speed box and we are using my old super rod carb with a fast road cam.

Now seems there are at least 10 being built! First meeting in April 2010.

Well cortina 2 purchased and 2.8V6 engine.Got sierra front suspension and steering coming,and those 10" slicks. Gonna be awesome.

Saw the anglia in the flesh last night,has actually been almost restored to greatness before being stock car'd! Looks lovely and very limited contact.Looks like it could really take off!!!
