Im loving this place even more, first i see an article in classic ford where his mk1 has a welded diff now people are asking how to drift, on most other forums you normally get abuse thrown at you. With an open diff holding the drift is a lot harder, i ran a welded diff on my ex daily no problem. You realy will struggle to hold a drift in the dry with an open diff, in the wet it makes it alot easier specially with like 60psi in the tyres. But yeah a decent shimmed up lsd or a plain old simple welder is the ansewr if your realy into drifting.
