Hi dave, glad u approve. got a few issues with the capri but now summer is here im gonna get on it. Do miss the old esky and glad you r having fun with it. you got a great car there mate. we will have to catch up in the summer as i would love to see the esky again. chat soon mate.

It has coilovers on the front, caprisport brakes on the front, mustang 8.8" rear axle with mustang rear disc brakes, ford racing carbon plate lsd.

cheers. the g/box is the AOD auto box but is slipping in overdrive.

Thanks guys. Haven`t gone flat out in it yet as still running in the engine as only done 300 miles since engine build but you can feel the torque in it. Thinking of putting different wheels on it though.

Sold my esky to buy this... It has a ford 302 5.0l with performance heads edelbrock intake & carb, block hugging headers, holley fuel pump, billet dizzy ect. has a 8.8" rear axle with LSD.

Thinking of buying a capri V8 5.0 which has a 8.8" ford rear axle with lsd but on the test drive its making a loud groaning noise with the road speed. I will need to drive it 100 miles to get it home but am concerned that it may not make it. The guy selling it says he has only just finished building the car 100 miles ago and thinks the noise will smooth out after a while. personally i think he`s talking b******s. What do you guys think?

Need to buy a rear light lens for an Escort Mk2 saloon. Can anyone advise the best place to get them which will fit properly as i`ve heard that some copy lenses are poor fitment. Thanks.
