Hi all, Due to me being a massive bonehead and losing them I now need the engine mount brackets for a V6 Essex (the ones that bolt onto the block). I've tried some Scimitar ones but they are off bu about 2 inches. Its a Capri with pwr steering... can any one help??? Mucho thanko in advance Si

Absolutely no offence taken I'm the first one to admit that she doesn't look anywhere good with the roof up (your description was eerily accurate) ... it's def a car for dry days.. the roof is only there for emergency use only!!!

This is exactly why I've got no pics of the roof up!!!!! Even I'll admit they don't look "right" with the roof up and mine does resemble (rather accurately) your description!! lol

Not to everyones taste i will admit but here's the convertible i've been working on for quite some time. 3:0ltr Ghia now with 5 speed conversion 17" TSW's No roof (obviously) I know summer has now been and gone but at least she's fully legal and ready to go whenever the sun comes out

long shot i know.. but am after a pair of matching weber dcnf's... 42's or 40's.. not worried about what engine they're off as will be stripped and re-jetted for a 3:0ltr essex. many thanks

got a few more jobs sorted today... changed the power steering reservoir, tidied up the cables in the boot and took the dash apart to try and find out why the power aerial now won't work..

almost finished the last few jobs... and hoping for a long hot summer to get her out
