    They just prise out,just get a spaner that fits underneath it and ease it out.

    I would check/replace the rubber bushes fitted in the track control arm's,especialy the small 1's.

    Y not try and get both mags,CF and RF to sponsor it,both could cover the event,i should think there would b plenty of different content for both mags to do a feature with. Mick.
