  11. I tried allsorts but no one would sort me out as I was only 21 at the time!! Wished I could have kept it, would have been intersting to drive Funny you should say that, my mates have all been telling me to ditch the pop and get the zeph back on the road. Not sure what to do, the zeph is going to take more work and can get more selling the pop, but the pop is sorted, apart from some minor issues, and is rock solid. What do people recon? Zeph or Pop????
  12. Cheers man, as for the zeph, I would love to get her back on the road, it's the most comfortable car iv ever been in and the best drive but times are hard and I might have to find a new home for her
  13. Hello all, I thought it was about time I put up some pics of my old fords past and present. This is my 1963 MKlll zephyr, I bought this when I was still taking my driving lessons and within 2hrs of passing I was out cruisin the streets She was totally stock and came with a bit of history, it was apparently an officers car in the royal navy and wasnt registered on the road till '71. I had plans to put a V8 in and about 4 months of constant driving I took it off the road, bought a doner car and found a local garage to sort me out. Unfortunatly I got f#cked about she now sits in my friends barn in a sorry state, for tho's of you who know Pye Man and what happend to him and his MKl escort, it was the same guy, w*nker This is the doner car I got, it was totally rotted through pretty much every where but had a strong rover V8 under the hood This is the first pop I owned and the maddest one I had this in my garage for a while but never got round to getting it on the road plus Mr insurance man would have loved me! It had a rover V8 in with a wieland supercharger, viva front running gear and a jag rear And this is what is lurking in my garage at the mo, it's a '59 100e and is totally stock apart from a nice aquaplane inlet and exhaust manifold and twin SU carbs. The plan is to get it down in the weeds for now and sort the rest out later Hope you all enjoy
