Thanks mate`s!! A small update once more.. Have removed the "pink" pinstriping, and tried out some decals.. Not sure on them though... So now im ready for some trackday action this saturday..

You can see on the earlier pictures, that was with 3.0l legs and 2.0 sport springs, 15mm lower than stock I think it was... We got alot of speed bumps over here as well, but no problems yet... I shall go lower when i get the arch lip flared a bit..

Has finally got some time working on the capri, havent done anything since the last trackday meet, but since there wasent much to either change or repasi since the day on the track, the car is once more ready.. Have fitted new coilover with shocks, finally got the correct height in front. Also fitted new calipper at the rear cause the old one had a leakage. This is how it looked under the hood after a small trip out of track New coilovers A small pic before final adjustment on the springs. Washed and ready for some trackday action!!

Good to hear!!! Today it was Ford Club Norway`s big event, happend on Vålerbanen(curcuit).. Great weather, 3,5km long track, and a Cappa that worked really well, drove alot of miles on the track today with alot(maybe to much) sideways action!!! It was alot of fun driving it.. I will update with more picts and some movies..

Bought a new car today, so now I got a great car to pull my Capri...

Thanks all... The white one got a stock 3.0 essex, but will soon be upgraded to a stage3.. The black with the cosworth is somewhere between 350-400... If i put the pedal to the floor in 3gear from low speed it doesnt got any traction at all, wheelspin all up to the limit.. so its a really fun drive, have suprised some Skylines ect..

Thanks.. The wheels will be changed for some Imagewheels somewhere in August.. Tried to polish the Capri today, first a good round with clay and lubricant, then buffet it, polished it with some top polish from Würth with machine.. Some 50/50 picts..

Some more picts, getting more and more finished.. Mounted the rear bumper, and Magnaflow exhaust tips..

Thanks.. Yep thats my old 76 3.0l with x-pack arches, now owned of my brother.. some picts, when I had it.. My brother spent alot of money and got it fully painted in diamond white and blue same as escort cosworth..
