Thanks mate`s!! A small update once more.. Have removed the "pink" pinstriping, and tried out some decals.. Not sure on them though... So now im ready for some trackday action this saturday..

You can see on the earlier pictures, that was with 3.0l legs and 2.0 sport springs, 15mm lower than stock I think it was... We got alot of speed bumps over here as well, but no problems yet... I shall go lower when i get the arch lip flared a bit..

Has finally got some time working on the capri, havent done anything since the last trackday meet, but since there wasent much to either change or repasi since the day on the track, the car is once more ready.. Have fitted new coilover with shocks, finally got the correct height in front. Also fitted new calipper at the rear cause the old one had a leakage. This is how it looked under the hood after a small trip out of track New coilovers A small pic before final adjustment on the springs. Washed and ready for some trackday action!!

Good to hear!!! Today it was Ford Club Norway`s big event, happend on Vålerbanen(curcuit).. Great weather, 3,5km long track, and a Cappa that worked really well, drove alot of miles on the track today with alot(maybe to much) sideways action!!! It was alot of fun driving it.. I will update with more picts and some movies..

Bought a new car today, so now I got a great car to pull my Capri...

Thanks all... The white one got a stock 3.0 essex, but will soon be upgraded to a stage3.. The black with the cosworth is somewhere between 350-400... If i put the pedal to the floor in 3gear from low speed it doesnt got any traction at all, wheelspin all up to the limit.. so its a really fun drive, have suprised some Skylines ect..

Thanks.. The wheels will be changed for some Imagewheels somewhere in August.. Tried to polish the Capri today, first a good round with clay and lubricant, then buffet it, polished it with some top polish from Würth with machine.. Some 50/50 picts..

Ford Club Norway has their big Ford Trackday this year at Vålerbanen, about 1.5hours driving from Oslo.. The date is May 30 2010.. Its a one day meet all day from 9am till as long as everyone bothers.. Meet up the evening before for some pre track with camping, bbq, beer, chitchat and lots of Ford`s... We would love to see some monsters from UK coming over.!!! They are 8x16", they will fit well after flaring the arches a bit.. Tires in size 225/40-16" are on their way..

Finally, it took some time, but now the wheels has arrived!!! I`ll let the picts speak for themselfe.. As for me, I am WERY happy with the choice.. Now im just waiting for the tires to arrive.

Lol, the car have not cost me that much, I bought it as a old project from a guy who got cancer and had to sell, he had been working on the car for over 8 years, he wanted to sell it to me bacause he knew i would take care of it, so got it from him wery cheap.. Thanks peeps!! lol, luckily the compomotive wheels on the picture is only photoshopped in place, but brand new Compomotive Mo6 8x16 withET0 is on its way from uk.. Their getting 215/40-16 tyres on them so it would sit nice. And no, this is just rear wheel drive, by so said, alot of fun.. Think I will end up on the 400hp mark, after the car has passed the road legal test..

Why dont sort it out youselfe? Now that the ferry from NewCastle has been shut down, the only way is through the tunnel... almost a 20 hour drive from france and up to Norway.. Thinking of Gatebil or the Ford Meet in august? I would recommend the meet in august, bacause on Gatebil theres alot of waiting to get a chance to drive, and almost impossible to get al the way up to the track with your cars.. The meet in august is great, theres alot of cars, but plenty of space put on the track..

What events is on you plan for 2009?? gatebil? ford meet in august? Ford Motorsport Club Norway i guess also is planning a pretty big event some time next summer..

Thanks for help.. I just found out that when Im done with layer1 and lowered it, i have to Merge the two layers together..

Got some questions.. When i open a car in photoshop, and mark it and changes the color of the car, i cant lower the car or do any more on the car, i just changes the layer where i changed the color.. any top tips.?
