most granadas are only good for scrap same as capris and cortinas they came out the showroom with rust in them, the real good ones are on the road and how do you think the spare parts keep going round . stick to what you know best and go polish your car

Well said. I saw this thread and knew straight away the finger would be pointed at banger lads.. I do bangers, I love OSF's, and I know how much an OSF means to its owner, therefore I would never dream of nicking one for racing. Alot of other banger lads also love OSF's, and know how much they mean to their owners, and therefore, would not steal one. Hope the Granny is recovered safe and sound i know of 3 mk2 granadas that were stollen for the ipswich world finale a couple of weeks ago and one guy actually asked my mate if he needed a fresh one. before anyone asks i dont pass on information and im not saying this estate was one of them but i can tell you all that when there needed they find em i dont nick them myself and i have actually had a mk2 escort stollen from mysely unfortunatley old forda are popular with racing thats a fact

2 ltr cortina mk5 carb and the manifolld needs a little drilling of a couple of the fixing holes but its not hard and works perfect you can use a vauxall manifold but then you need to make an adapter plate for the carb

Can anyone advise me on the best way to put rs2000 stripes on my car. I have been told to use water,if this is true do i wet the car then apply the sticky side straight on to it. and if so how stiky will they be when its dry the stripes are from D M B Graphics
