Quick update,
Got the correct front overriders now, deffo makes the front of the car look so much better, hope you agree, and the correct spotlamps should be on their way to me, these items have been a real pain to find.
Nice looking motor you have there. My 17 year old son had the same prob insuring his fez but managed to get cover for £1500 from Quinn Direct

why thank you Stuartp lol, i want to take it back to its original spec, and once i have the correct spotlamps, i think it will look better than it does now with the mk3 spots on, the correct front overriders are proving to be hard to find
Argh i envy you lol, you have the correct front overriders too, thanks a lot for your help, i wasnt sure if the chrome ones were identical or not, now i know, i can hopefully source some.
Thanks a lot for the links m8, im already bidding on the brackets lol, are the chrome ones the same style as those originally fitted to the Sport/Harrier then ? only difference being they were black.
Thanks a lot for the comments guys,
I have replaced the square number plate, and aligned the bonnet up to the wings, as the mis alignment was bugging me, im now looking for an original set of spotlamps and front overriders,
cheers mate and yeah we managed to straighten it out. Ratchet strapped it to the roof with the wheel arch and tank well cut out, straightened the chassis leg and welded the arch and tank well back in. Done the trick
Can we have more pics of your car, that colour suits it..
LOL, it was a public carpark m8, i wouldnt think he used it as his regular car parking spot as ive never seen it there before , i obviously wouldnt put an exact place like a street name or address as i know only too well how quickly an old skool ford can vanish..but its a good point to note about naming whereabouts of cars..
Hi, didnt know where to put this, but saw a decent Escort mk1 4 door earlier this evening in ******* car park, and wondered who lived near me with this nice motor..
