Just had a phone call from a TV production company who are filming a new car series and they are doing a head to head with a 1998 Yank Ford Crown Victoria Police Car vs a UK cop Volvo T5. They have a UK copper who will be a talking head about the Volvo but have been let down by an American copper who was going to be the one to talk about the Ford. Anyone who could or knows of anyone who could talk knowledgeably about such things and would be free to be a TV star (filming is on monday in Esssex!!) gimme a shout. The poor researcher is having kittens!

Well the rusty old convertible and the grey beastie (no names mentioned for fear of lynching/ridicule) are still in that damp garage in Bath... and the small orange car is in my mate's garage in Glos, but the Corsair is out in the open in Twiggies... which is why I could do with somewhere pretty quick.

Having just moved back to Gloucester, I'm in the awful position of not having a decent workshop again. If anyone knows of anything going gimme a shout. Another thought is that if anyone else is looking for somewhere to work on their car gimme a shout as well, maybe we can find somewhere bigger than just one can afford alone. I have four mates in Jersey who share a place and it works out pretty good between them.
