in my old Mk2 1600 sport and Mk2 RS2000 I disconnected the servo and these cars were used everyday evend by my mom with rno complaints bout the pedal being too hard... But I did used to have a manifold for twin 40's that allowed me to keep the servo inplace... If I can find one I'll let you know
Ummmm the hole in the front of the blue Mk2 was for a oil cooler and the wheels were 14" cartec rims basically fancy 5 spoke Revo's... And I'm definitely going to try make it for ford fair chris and this time I'll be bringing my dad along as he arrived in uk 2 weeks ago ( ", ).... And ya someone needs to help Steve G out lol... if I'm there I will indeed help him
hey chris... ya its been a while hey... Havent been around as now in the merchant navy and studying in Newcastle.. And all of them are currently sold except for the RS which is still for sale.... And ya its probably a months drive from Zim to here
well first is a mk2 1600 sport which I got off one of my dad's friends.. we were going to race it but couldnt find the spares we needed to get it running
then this was my first Escort a mk2 1600 sport.. I uprated all the suspension polybushed it and then had the motor out for a while and fitted a mild rally cam and a 32dgav on as well as a couple of other things
And those are standard 14" peugeot rims on it.
then this was my RS2000. we got it in quite a state. Ended up redoing pretty much eveything on it but by the time it was finished we had coilovers in the front with 4pots quick action rack fully adjustable tca's double width kit poly bushed and compression struts. plus other stuff.... had bout 150hp at the wheels.. But we did end up putting decambered springs on the back as well which lowered it but dont have any pics from when it was lowered

I fitted them to both my old Mk2 RS2000 and my 1600sport and deinitely makes a huge difference especially on track and still used them everyday without it being to bumpy or noisey
wow now that is absolutely stunning and the fact you did most of it yourself is quite something.. Didnt know that those toyota engines were able of those kind of figures... had a couple of them N/A put in super 7's back home and raced with good results though
