we are flattening the lips on the arches for the tyres... so i'm hoping 9' tyres will be fine, only trouble is i have looked all over the internet and i cant seam to find 9 inch tyres that are 13 and umm 235 or 225?? that must make sense to you lot more that it does me! it seams they dont seam to make that size anymore do any of u guys know where to find tyres like that?? and the list of 'bits' i need is just getting bigger, i'll post a pic of the front wings, they're worse than we thought so it's looking like i need two front wings now too!! bummer!! ALSO i need to find a steering rack thingie out of a mk5 cortina, or anything that will fit, cuz i cant park the bloody thing so power steering is looking imminent!! hahaha!! what a girl! ummm... on the plus side i learned how to weld yeaterday!! i only blew a few holes throught the metal... thank fooook it wernt on the car at the time! fun fun fun!!! xx

Did you have 9 inch rims on the back or 9 inch tyre?? if it was the rims what size tyre did you have?? or if it was tyre what size were the rims? lol i tried a 9inch slick in the 'hole' and it looks like it'll fit??? so im thinking a 9 by 15 inch tyre will fit on?? confuuuuzed!! Thanks xx

Ahhahahahaha an old girlfriend!!! if it was... you could introduce her to caprinerd, seeing as how they look alike I'm havign a hard time with the wheel/tyre situation guys i really wanted hoosiers on the back but now its going all into having to change the axle and the handling being crap etc..?? how do i get the look of massive wide tyres without having to change it?? would jacking it up work to put on big tyres or would that look bad? can i use little rims and massive tyres?? how to i make the back tyres look bulgy and evil?? lol!! awhh?!?!?! I'm looking for one side of one of the plastic grills (they are in three pieces) and the strip of metal that loops around the glass of the headlight, ummm.. a pair of clean indicators cuz mine are grubby and chipped and a drivers side visor... thats all i can think of right now!! x

Ohhhh... it's very much going satin black, i dont do shiny, i know its not to everyones taste but it's gona be satin black with a skull and crossbones (not prominant, kinda dark gray smoked on the bonnet) ummm, lowered at the front and with hoosier tyres on the back, lol i now wait for the barrage of insults!! lol i know its kinda 80's or crap or however people see it but...
