Hi all,does any one no what size the bolts are that bolt the brackets through the chassis legs for the anti rollbar,someone told me they were m10 and some say 5/16 bolts.any ideas and where to get some from.cheers jason

sorry fella ive not got any at moment,trust me it saved a lot of prep time,i had the doors/bonnet and wings and boot lid done and it was basically ready for painting,hope this helps jason

hi,had my mk1 front end bead blasted it was great,removed all the layers of paint to reveal nice clean metal,dont worry to much,the guy that did it showed me what he could do with a coke can and it took all the writing etc of it with out distorting the metal work.

thanks for reply,ive got a chance of a rotten shell with mex log book and tags etc only problem being its a northern ireland reg car and number plate,hoping to get uk number plate if i can,any more info on car would be great off any one or any help on registering it in the uk.cheers jason

hi all,im new to this forum but here we go.my name is jason,im a sparky and im currently having my mk1 escort painted in a body shop,its a group 4 shell with all the kit im having it painted in ermine white but im thinking off the esso blue stripes the dark blue as apposed to the light blue,my question is does any one no of the colour of the darker blue stripes any help would be great.thanks jason.
