Has anyone fitted them to their car? im considering fitting them to my mk3 capri because my lights are PANTS! i just seen a video on it and theyre saying that theyre illegal if they got the wrong fitements so i was wondering if the lenses need changing and does anyone know any road legal kits? Hi, I got a 1.6 pinto capri. thinking of ugrading the engine to a 2.1 pinto and maybe turboing it. but i need to know what gearbox i got so i can find out how much power i can give it without blasting it to peices! its a 5 speed manual any ideas what box its got if not how do i find out?! cheers, Stu

only the 1.6 pinto its the only engine i can have without being RINSED for my insurance!! i can get some

hi, im 18 from southampton and have recently bought a 1.6 laser capri. its abit ropey at the moemnt but has a solid body! only one very minor spot of rust that needs welding! need abit of help with my carb linkage though as i had the VV and now its broken

is that paulags? or pualmags?

i been searching for the pinto to weber 32/36 Linkage for over a month! i have a new weber and the manifold which is in excellent condition! I cantg find the linkage anywhere does anyone have one they could sell me please?! in desperate need as i have just replaced it for my VV carb. Cheers

it also says the type 9 was fitted originally to the 2.8i and its only a 'nut and bolt job'

Hi i have not long had my carpi mk3 1.6, i have had problems with my weber 34 so decided to get the 32/36 from all reviews. i have got a manifold off ebay and was wondering where i can get hold of the linkage plate and the rod (not to sure what its called) the peice that bolts to the manifold. or is it worth just knocking one up from som sheet metal? any help would be GREAT! cheers, Stu
