no signs all there was is the half painted logo on the floor i shown in the photo

went to scarborough today, parked up paid etc, came back had a ticket, i had parked in a disabled space. but the disabled logo was very poorly marked, the space was only as wide as a normal space and in white paint, and the car park was virtually empty, so why would i park in a disabled space on purpose ???????????????? yes i was in the wrong, but it was a genuine mistake, and very poorly marked out car park i will be taking this further if i have to pay my fine, which, i offered to pay, but due to circumstances, and my photo evidence, fine has been put on hold while they investigate it. watch out for me in papers etc if i have to pay fine as i will take this apauling action ( both of traffic warden and scarborough coumcils poor up keep of carpark) further

yippee ive sorted it, it had poly bushes fitted previous to me buying it the ones in the track controll arm/end of anti roll bar were too small in the center of TCA and not nipping up enough to take the play out ( although play couldnt be felt when checking the steering ) i had a old pair of heavy duty TCA bushes and they fit in snug and squash up too been out test driving round the country roads and all seems fine now thanks for your replys and yes shockers are new all round tyres are new wheels balanced tracking set etc so you can see why i was getting so frustrated, it was only because i took poly bushes out i noticed this and when i put the heavy duty bush in i saw how much better it fitted happy days :DD

not long now guys ill park appropiatly as ill be in a 5ierra but looking forwards to seeing some great osf motors

discs and pads are brand new, though this problem was much worse before i changed discs and pads so they were playing a part in it. still vibrates intermittently at about 64 and 69/74 mph thanks for your reply

tyres are brand new, will check wheels again for running round, they dont show bent on tyre balancer machine, not checked prop yet but i will do though shaking is only through steering wheel ? thanks for your reply

track rod ends/ track control arms been check by 2 mechanics so has steering rack d bushes are poly and pretty new rack mountings are tight (its solid mounted on 5ierra ) all shox are brand new. thanks for your reply though

thanks but no joy no play there i cant find even slightest bit of play in any part track rod ends rack column joint from column to rack track control arms anti roll bar struts strut top mounts strut tops are poly bushed so are anti roll bar track control arms inner and outer

first im asking about a 5ierra so if this post isnt wanted on here i wont be offended if its deleted H reg 5ierra 1.8 glx fully poly bushed front end cant find a single bit of play anywhere, 2 x brand new tyres balanced (and balanced rechecked at another garage ) brand new discs and pads, and still i get vibration through the steering wheel at about 65 & 69 mph the new discs and pads helped a lot it used to vibrate from 63 through to 80 mph and then i darnt go any faster it was bad. any ideas welcome as its driving me nuts also i fitted new proper sized inner tca bolts and ive tightened all tca & anti roll bar bushes up with car on ground full weight ie not jacked up
