how about spending £6000 on a small block chevy engine steel crank forged evreything more money to have said engine dynoed then drop a washer down the dizzy hole, engine out to get the sump of only to find it has the wrong rods crank pistons fly wheel balacer and has never been dynoed and is basicly a sack of s..t that was a vey very bad day

Whats been the hardest job you have done your car the ones that really have tried your patience and made you want to take a hammer to it? i will start the ball rolling with the capri windscreen did you know that they have 2 types of windscreen seals and that it is impossible to fit the windscreen if it dont match the rubber ? neither did i .fitting a bias pedal box out of an escort was also not a joy full eperience and trying to make nos lines in stainless that fitted under the air filter was just to much did them in alloy in the end much easier to bend

any one note the name of the wiring harness (painless wiring)thats a f.....g joke one good thing is the wire has its purpose printed on it the whole length but adding things like nos and bottle heaters makes life hard

mk 4 /5 tinas are growing on me especially 2 dr ones and diesels will start turning up the jap engine thing is already happening i think its a good thing variety is the spice of life
