My guess is that he's had a 'visit' from the locals ( I think there's some kind of village committee) or the local plod as a bit of a warning so there's no repeat of last years hassle. The old bill were about last night so they are definitely watching the pub and the local roads.

There's always a queue to get out but this year was just a joke. The marshals were clueless and couldn't have cared less. That coupled with the attitude I got from one of them when I asked a simple question makes me think twice about coming back again. If I want to be spoken to like I'm a 3 year old child then I'll pass thanks. It's ok them saying they only provide the venue but after what we saw yesterday, they clearly cannot provide a venue fit for purpose. The actual show itself was great, hats off to Classic Ford for a great event and show.

Whatever the weather we're all gonna end up with pod face anyway lol

A lot of hard work has gone into making this meet the success it is and that's testament to the members (new and old) that put the effort in. Its a shame you left so early as it ended up a fairly busy meet tonight despite most of us freezing off our extremities..... We are a friendly bunch but as pcoe says, it takes participation on all sides for these meets to work. Hope to see you again soon, I was looking forward to seeing the Anglia which by all accounts is very nice!
