Discs on front, standard Anglia drums on rear. Unfortunately just failed MoT as rear ones weren't good enough. Hopefully sorted out now, re-test next week.

I've just bought an electric fuel pump, to replace the mechanical one. Anyone got any tips for positioning and fitting it.

Fed up now. Bought a bucket seat that doesn't fit so had to send it back, then realised my MOT is due at start of next month so decided to put all the original seats back in until after the test.

So I would be ok to have a bucket seat and 1 securely fitted 4 point harness? They wouldn't fail it with that.

Over the winter months I took all the seats (except the drivers) out of my anglia. I'm also thinking of taking the drivers seat out and replacing it with a bucket seat and 4 point harness, to compete again in this years OSFDC. When I take the car for its MoT later in the year, do I have to put all the seats etc back in, or can I leave it?

Colin and Joe, fitted the head and cam shaft in the camping field at the pod on sat afternoon/early evening. Ran the car up the strip about 10 times on Sunday, managed a personal best of 15.7 secs at 85mph. I'd just like to say thanks to Colin and Joe for all their hard work on saturday and advice and help on Sunday.

My sons had both, iphone first, now the Samsung Galaxy and he says the Galaxy is a better phone. If you go to a 3 shop you can try working models of both to see which one you like. One last thought if you break an iphone you can't take the sim card out and put it in a cheap phone whereas with the Galaxy you can.

Took the Anglia out for a run. Been off road for a couple of weeks as I replaced the diff with a quaife unit. Pleased with the results, it feels quicker from standing start. Looking forward to getting it up the strip to see if it has improved.

Managed to get it to work by adjusting the shoes. There is no cable adjuster.

I've just fitted the Quaife ATB, and put the car back together, but the handbake isn't very good. How do I adjust the hanbrake?

Now christmas has been and gone I'm finally getting round to buying a Quaife LSD for my Anglia. Has anyone fitted one of these units themselves? Are they easy to do? Or would I be better sending my diff away and getting it fitted?
