I'm so foooooooooking angry!

 

I've just had all my money taken out of my bank, well, what i had left anyway. This is th money that was designated for fuel and food and Cortina. Who took it? Tescos car insurance. Now don;t get me wrong, some of this money was earmarked for them too, gotta pay the old motor insurance. The only problem is they took way too much out.

 

So, i phone them and i get very very VERY angry, this isn't the first balls up they have made, so i assumed the fault was at their end.

 

No.

 

My mum, who policy it is (but i pay it) has neglected to send them details of her no claims.

 

Now, going from a suggested 5+ years worth of NCB to none, on a 2.6 V6 SRi Vectra makes a BIG fooking difference.

 

Thats why Tescos have started taking more money off me, three times more to be exact.

 

But they wrote, 4 times, to tell us this....but oh no, mummy dearest forgot to mention that one to me. Needless to say i've just had a rather wordy conversation with my Mum. And i'll be getting my money back.
