oil in trumpet's roverV8 help please???

hi, can anyone tell me if there should be oil on the inside plate of where my trumpet's sit , if it should not be there then where is it coming from?, i am in process of doing vally gasket and would like to know before i put it back together .

The oil is coming from the breather system, either the system is blocked, or the rings are Fubared, have an ask on here,
