If its a solomatic, Simple really, Lay on the floor and assemble, with the 2 chain hooks uppermost, leave the spreader bar off, push the A frame under the car with the chains over the TCAs inside of the ARB, so the hooks are facing rearward and resting on top of the TCAs, the hooks take the breaking effort when towing, loop the chains under the TCAs and forward to the ratchet straps, chains thru the "Eye" on each strap and tighten slightly, , make sure the frame is not interfering with tires or other essentials, centralized and fit the spreader bar, now tighten the straps as tight as you can, and hook onto your tow bar, wire up your trailer board, and off you go, after a couple of miles, check everything is tight and you are happy,

cheers its not got ratchet straps tho, its got like a threaded bar that goes to the chains with a nut and wingnut type affair, didnt have much joy with it today ill give it a go again friday and if no luck it'll be on ebay, i did want to use it behind my recovery truck so i can tow two cars but im not sure if i like the idea now lol, it looked like it was giving the tyres a hard time on cornering in the mirror lol :(
