L2B Spair seats..... Any From Kent

If i can get down south for L2B is anyone going to have 2 spair seats going from the Ace???

 

If anyone is going From Rochester Area that would be even better but i can meet you at the ace.... (i think... what time does the underground open??? does it close for the night????)
