Jarrodm Posted July 4, 2007 Report Posted July 4, 2007 And the Honest awnser is................. Dunno........ There are alot of silver cars around at the moment, not enough black ones Jarrod
ZetecVan 2.0 Posted July 4, 2007 Report Posted July 4, 2007 I bet a lot of them are company or lease cars. I lease my car though my business, and the deals the leasing companies offer are for metallic paint. This time I wanted it red, but because it wasn't metallic it would have cost me an extra £16 per month. Sod that, so I got a grey metallic. It's because of the resale value. It is a lot less for non-metallic colours.
4parajon Posted July 4, 2007 Report Posted July 4, 2007 Think I read somewhere that its the most popular colour, which is why there are so many. Anyone noticed the silver vans??? Think its to get away from the "white van man" syndrome.....thats why we bought one anyway:lol:
Mr Sam Posted July 4, 2007 Report Posted July 4, 2007 hardly anything suits silver it just looks unpainted to me, and theres a lack of black cars as that seems to be the most expensive option
