This colour of Bronze ? If it is, then it's sienna metallic. A Du-Point paint, that you could get on 79> Triumphs. A very rarely ordered colour i believe, but i'm no expert so don't take my word for it.

I can recomend that company.... My dads apprentice had a custom made up for his VTR powered Ax.... It was very well made and they were also willing to share tuning tips and advice for there zoorsts Jarrod

Remember the Fiat Strada ? Built from recycled metal baught from the russians, supposed to last for 3 years then get thrown away ? I think thats what is going to happen with todays cars electronics.....People will buy new cars, then in 3 years time when they fail there MOTs on all of the critical systems falling apart and not working, people will turn to classics as there source of cheap motoring. Driving the price of desireable classics even higher. My dad works for Mercedes (tony purslow hindhead) and they failed a 54 plate merc on welding last week ! And again this week ! No one can say my Mk1 fiesta's eating the enviroment ! fook The Goverment, Maby we should leave the country and then swim back in so we get a free home. Then we can afford to run our cars !!!! My 100e sat in a barn unregistered until 1991......The Engine and chassis numbers don't match though and it's chassis number relates to 1960....and iv'e got the origional engine wich has never been turned over (but has a broken spark plug and carb becouse it rolled over) sat in a crate that i found with the car when i collected it from Angus Whitehead's (Heart of Hampshire Cider Co) barn in 2002....His dad had owned it from new and had baught a camera when they were first avaliale to the public and took photo's of the work he did on the car using the origional engine to make a Haynes style guide to working on sidevalve engines..... The Rozzers HATE my Fs1e.....I've been pulled more than 10 times, and not once have they noticed the YB100 engine..........I EVEN got a not of defect and a producer for having a slack chain !!!! But i had just moved house so i had set off ALL of my documents and only had photocopies.....Then there was a postal strike and i nearly lost my DA !!!! And i won't even start talking about my fiesta ! Or the Lotus..... Jarrod

It deffinatly does round here ! (Basingstoke) we got a Mk2 lotus cortina at work, the first thing we did was eat a saxo or two !!!! Just a quickie on that, They are SO light on the back end ! They slide all over the place ! It's quite hard to believe they were fast back in the day ! Jarrod

Lacquer.... When i metal flaked my FS1E i did about 3 days of prep work on just 4 panels ! Good preperation is key....Spend as long as you can practicing and then getting the panels perfect before spraying. Leave it lots of time to dry between coats and be REALLY carefull when it's al done. It'll take about a week to fully harden then you can polish or t cut it as much as you want ! Have fun. Jarrod

Yeah, it's not to hard to drain it if it does I got bored of my fizz not smelling right, so i threw a swig of castrol R in the tank....It ran great and it smelt real nice....30 miles from home with no mobile my plug oiled up and i had to push it 4 miles to a petrol station. I only use the expensive petrol, and i threw away a tenners worth and then had to fill it up again Jarrod
