if i park mine anywer i dont usually do, or in liverpool, i take the rotary arm out, lets see the bastards start it without one of them!!

Most car thieves carry spare rotor arms if they know what car there after or just go to a motor factors and buy one and it makes no diffrence what city ur in most car thieves travel anyway

you can get car alarms on ebay that txt or ring your mobile now so u get the chance to catch the c**ts at it

I might be being a bit paranoid here mate... but it might be an idea to edit your post. Your numberplate is in your sig, and you never know who maybe perusing the site... if you know what I mean

haha, maybe maybe...oh well

it's not much, but nobody wants a mk1 fezza, just what's in it

You'd be suprised mate, there was a load of Mk1 Fiestas stolen in Torquay a few years back as they're easy to break into (typical OSF really, you can open a mk1 Escort with a spoon FFS so mk1 Fezzies may not be much better! ) & if said scummers know how to hotwire one they'd be gone within minutes.

Best methods i know of are the fuel tap. If its hidden well enough theyll never get onto it.

I often remove the ht lead into the dizzy.

My car wont start straight off the key anyway. Theres an exact specific way which im not saying, but if you dont do it, it will not start at all.

Battery isolators are a good idea, and ive seen ones which blow a fuse if youtry starting up without switching it off, only allowing alarm feed.

I always thought a hidden line lock, just like a drag car would be perfect. Put the brakes on, flick it on, away you go, and away they dont go.

Deadlocks and crook locks are merely a deterant, same as alarms, but they can often work. If they need to get past 3 or 4 obstacles it may well be too much of a risk incase it takes a while and they may walk on.

Those removable steering bosses look a good idea too, if not a bit impracticle.
