Was great to get to Ford Fair and meet some members of this site! Some seriously nice classic Fords there, especially the MK1 and MK2 with cossie lumps (castrol colours and yello w mk2 with N/A cossie) - owners were nice guys too

As per title everyone!

 

I had to come to a very difficult decision over this as I've wanted a MK1 Escort all my life and I really am going to be upset to see it go

 

After 12 years in the Army I'm on an 18-month long promotion course where I'm having to complete a degree in Electronics Systems Engineering and some managerial stuff. Basically I have no time/facilities/money to look after and work on the Escort as I would like, also we have a baby daughter and my wife is still off work so we could do without me having an expensive "toy" draining what limited funds we have at the moment.

 

The car is on Ebay and I just want to recoup what I paid for the car a few months back. It's all road-legal, Tax, Mot etc.
