johnno11 Posted July 19, 2007 Report Posted July 19, 2007 Just been to see the guy painting my Capri. It's all in white primer now, I've never seen it look so straight! Very excited. However. I'd asked him to colour match the rear spoiler which is the original Ford black spongey thing. Originally he said he could do it with some kind of additive but now he appears to have cold feet about it. Anyone out there had previous experience with painting these????

tazrocks88 Posted July 19, 2007 Report Posted July 19, 2007 you can do it i had a mate who did it 2 his mk2 escort spoiler and an audi spoiler with a ruberising adative has worked on the escort no probs for 6 years but the audi split after 2 years so dunno rly should be ok
